Registration Information

Registration fees are payable either by credit card, company check, or wire transfer; we also will accept your company purchase order, and invoice you.

The registration fees schedule is presented in the column on the right. If you've come to previous Gorham PMA/DER meetings, there are no unpleasant surprises for you in the fees schedule. Prices have been going up on everything, but not here. We're sticking with the individual registrant fee rates that have been in effect for Gorham meetings since 2001.

The registration fee covers admission to the conference, continental breakfasts, networking lunch and two evening receptions, and refreshment breaks; access to the exhibits area; and a copy of the conference proceedings. Conference registrants may also attend either or both of the optional Pre-Conference Workshops--at no additional charge.

The optional pre-conference workshops are also open to individuals who do not register for the conference. I.e., you do not need to register for the conference in order to sign-up for the workshops.  If you wish to attend only the workshops, you are welcome to do so: the fee is $195 per workshop, or you can attend both workshops for $300. The workshop fee covers admission to the respective 1/2 day workshop, workshop notebook, and refreshments.

A Registration Confirmation will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of your registration submission. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 week of registering, please either e-mail us at pma-2010@gorham-tech.com, or call us at 207-883-6091. Registration fees or a company purchase order must be received not later than the beginning of the conference.

Substitutions & Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time without additional charge. If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing. Fees are fully refundable if written notice of registration cancellation is provided to Gorham prior to 7 April 2010.

Hotel Reservations

Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel room reservations. A block of rooms at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa hotel has been set-aside for attendees of the PMA Parts & DER Repairs--2010 meeting, and the hotel will hold these rooms either until the block is sold out or until 16 March 2010--whichever comes first. During this period, individual rooms in this reserved block are available at a discounted rate of $159 per night, single or double occupancy. The block is smaller this year than it has been in previous years, so if you plan to stay at the conference hotel during the meeting--and save a lot of money on your hotel expenses--then you ought to reserve your room(s) as soon as possible. Once the room block is sold out (or the set-aside period expires), reservations will be subject to room availability at the prevailing Hilton San Diego Resort rates. So, again, do your expense account a favor--and book your room(s) early. Alumni Discount

In recognition of past support, we're pleased to offer a discounted conference registration fee of $995 to any individual who has attended one or more of the previous Gorham PMA/DER meetings. (You know who you are; and so do we--and we appreciate your loyalty. Talk is cheap, but a $300 discount is for real.) Discounts are non-transferable.

FREE Conference Registration for Part 121 and Part 129 Airline Personnel

Recognizing the importance of getting end-users to the conference and the tight budgets facing most of the world's airlines, conference and workshop fees will be waived for the first 100 airline employees who register for the meeting. Purchasing and professional O&R staff of any Part 121 and Part 129 carriers are eligible for this 100% discount. Given the centrality of ever-changing regulatory issues in the PMA Parts and DER Repairs arenas, Gorham will, where it is in compliance with relevant authority policies, likewise waive the registration fees for National and International Civil Air Authority employees--as a means of promoting regulator attendance at the conference.
