            Conference Registration and Hotel  Reservations

                                               Information 

You may register for the conference by mail, e-mail, telephone, or fax. A pdf copy of the 2012 Conference Registration Form may be accessed by clicking on this link.  

                               Attendee Registration Fee: $1295/attendee.

Alumni Discount: In recognition of past support, a discounted “alumni conference registration fee” of $995 is available to any individual who has attended one or more of the previous Gorham PMA/DER meetings. (You know who you are; and so do we—and we appreciate your loyalty. Talk is cheap, but a $300 discount is for real.) Discounts are non-transferable.     

The registration fee covers admission to the conference, continental breakfasts, networking lunch and two evening receptions, and refreshment breaks; access to the exhibits area; and a copy of the conference proceedings. Also included is optional attendance at either or both of the Gorham pre-conference workshops on Wednesday, 21 March.

A Registration Confirmation will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of your registration submission. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 week of registering, please either e-mail us at pmaparts@gorham-tech.com, or call us at 207-883-6091. Your registration fee or company purchase order must be received not later than the beginning of the conference.

Substitutions & Cancellations: Substitutions may be made at any time without additional charge. If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing (an e-mail note is sufficient), or call us. Fees are fully refundable if notice of registration cancellation is provided to Gorham prior to 21 March 2012.

                   FREE Conference Registration for Airline Personnel

Recognizing the importance of getting end-users to the conference and the tight budgets facing most of the world's airlines, conference registration fees will be waived for the first 100 airline employees who register for PMA Parts & DER Repairs—2012. Purchasing and professional engineering O&R staff of all commercial passenger and cargo carriers are eligible for this 100% discount.                                             Hotel Reservations

Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel room reservations. A block of rooms at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa hotel has been set-aside for attendees of the PMA Parts & DER Repairs—2012 meeting, and the hotel will hold these rooms until the block is sold out, or until 28 February 2012—whichever comes first.  Individual rooms in this reserved block are available at a discounted rate of $169 per night, single or double occupancy.* Once the room-block is sold out or the discount period expires, reservations will be subject to room availability at the prevailing Hilton San Diego Resort rates.  Here is the Hilton contact information for hotel reservations:

Be sure to tell the hotel reservations staff that you'll be attending the Gorham PMA conference and are therefore eligible for the discounted per night room rate of $169 (which does not include any applicable taxes).  The "Group Code" is GORH.

Hotel guestrooms reserved in our room-block will include complimentary Internet access for the duration of the conference.

                        *U.S. Government employees are eligible for a rate of $131/night.
