You may register for the conference by telephone, mail, e-mail, or fax.
The Registration Fee for the conference is $1295/attendee.
The registration fee covers full admission for one attendee to the conference, including presentation sessions, continental breakfasts, catered networking lunch, evening open-bar receptions, and refreshment breaks; and access to the exhibits area. Also included is optional attendance at the Gorham pre-conference workshops on Monday, 20 March.
Alumni Discount: In recognition of your past support, a discounted “alumni registration fee” of $995/attendee is available to any individual who has attended any of the previous 18 Gorham PMA/DER conferences. Discounts are non-transferable.
FREE Conference Registration for Airline and Civil Air Authority Personnel: Recognizing the importance of getting end-users to the conference, we will waive conference registration fees for the first 100 airline employees who register for PMA Parts & DER Repairs—2017. Purchasing and professional engineering O&R staff of all commercial and military passenger and cargo carriers are eligible for this 100% discount.
Employees of National and International Civil Air Authorities are likewise eligible for this discount, if this is in compliance with the respective Authorities’ policies regarding conference attendance.
Hotel Reservations: Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel room reservations. A block of rooms at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa has been set aside for PMA Parts & DER Repairs—2017 attendees, and the hotel will hold these rooms until the block is sold out, or until 5:00 pm (Pacific Time), Monday, 13 March 2017—whichever comes first. Individual rooms in this reserved block are available at a discounted rate of $189 per night, not including applicable state and local taxes in effect at time of check-out.* Once our room-block is sold out or the discount period expires, reservations will be subject to room availability, at the prevailing Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa rates.
